Sirova lazanja. Cheese Lasagna.

Če mogoče kdo nima ideje, kaj bi jutri skuhal/spekel za kosilo, imam predlog: sirovo lazanjo. :) Na internetu sem dobila različne recepte, ki sem jih potem malo povezala skupaj in dobila ven spet nek tretji, moj recept. :)
If you don`t have ideas about what to cook/bake tomorrow for lunch I have a suggestion: cheese lasagna. :) On the Internet I got a lot of recipes that I have linked together and then got out a third version, my recipe. :)

Jaz uporabim tri vrste sira. Največkrat gorgonzolo, mocarelo in potem še sir, ki je takrat slučajno v hladilniku :P (edamec, tilzit, ...). Potrebujemo še lističe za lazanjo in bešamel (ker pa ga v naši trgovini navadno nimajo, uporabim kar smetano za omake, ki je malo bolj gosta kot navadna smetana). Pa mogoče še košček masla, da se namaže pekač.
I use three kinds of cheese. Usually gorgonzola, mozzarella cheese and then what at that time happens to be in the fridge. :P What we need is: lasagne sheets and béchamel (because in our store they usually do not have it, I use cream sauce that is slightly more dense than ordinary cream). Maybe a small piece of butter rubbed to a baking dish.




Sir narežemo/naribamo na koščke. Med tem segrejemo pečico na 180 stopinj in damo kuhat lističe za lazanjo. Ko so kuhani, pa samo nalagamo drugo vrh drugega.
You slice/grate cheese to pieces. Meanwhile you heat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the lasagna sheets. When they are cooked you just put one on the other.




Pečemo približno 30 minut na 180 stopinjah.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
