Zima prihaja // Winter is Coming

Ja - jaz sem ena od čudakinj, ki obožujemo zimo in sneg. :) In sem že en teden v toplem božičnem puloverju z Rudolfom. In že približno en mesec komaj čakam, da odprejo drsališče, da se lahko grem drsat. Kje je še december! Zdaj se pa še ena stvar, ki se je lahko veselim decembra - Essence limited edition kolekcija, ki me je po dolgem času navdušila. Priznam, dobili so me na embalaži. :D

Yes - I'm one of the weirdoes that love winter and snow. :) And I'm in my Christmas sweater with Rudolph for a week now. And for about a month now I can't wait to get the ice skating rank here again so I can go ice skating! Oh where's December! And now here's another thing I'm looking forward to - Essence trend edition collection that got me all excited after quite some time. I admit it, they got me with the packaging. :D

Spomnim se, ko sem prvič izvedela za Essence omejene kolekcije in spomnim se, ko sem komaj čakala tisti popoln lak ali pa popoln blush. In printala mami fotke, kaj vse hočem imet, da sta še ona in ati bila na straži v Mullerju, ker je v Mariboru vsega zmanjkalo v sekundi, v Velenju pa si imel več sreče. Na srečo moje denarnice sem se potem malo ustavila. Ampak Ice Ice Baby kolekcija je takoooo luštna! In veš, da je super, če imaš v glavi tole, ko greš mimo:

I remember when I first found out about the Essence limited edition stuff and I remember the excitement of waiting for that perfect polish or that perfect blush to come out! And I printed photos for my mum and dad so they could catch the products if I missed them. Luckily for my bank account I stopped for a bit. But oh the Ice Ice Baby collection is sooo pretty! And you know it's awesome when you pass it and this goes on in your head:

Ups, še me je premamilo Essence Hugs & Kisses stojalo! Naredila sem si zalogo lip scruba, ker je res super, uspelo mi je dobiti še en rdeč lak s srčki, ujela pa sem še tale dva:

Blebetanje // Babbling #4

Sloveniji je šlo prejšnji teden res super v športu. Robert Kranjec in Tina Maze sta zmagala, rokometaši so bili četrti. Zgubili smo proti Hrvaški za 3. mesto, mogoče zato, ker sem jedla hrvaško čokolado, medtem ko sem gledala tekmo (in vpila. Preveč se derem med gledanjem, ampak sem to res pogrešala, ker ko sem bila na faksu, nisem kaj dosti spremljala rokometa, v stanovanju ni bilo TV-ja, med kratkimi vikendi pa tudi nisem hodila na tekme.)
Slovenia was awesome at sports in the past week! Robert Kranjec won at ski jumping, Tina Maze at skiing and our handball team was fourth at the world championship. We lost against Croatia, we played for 3rd place. Maybe it was because I was eating Croatian chocolate while watching (and screaming. I really get too loud when I watch handball, oh I missed that - wasn't watching it much when I was at uni and didn't have a TV at my flat there & I wasn't home enough to go to the matches.).

Vsi imamo radi Zoey Deschanel, ane? Seveda. Ker je super in ker na rdeči preprogi ne pozabi na nohte! (In vse, ki gledate New Girl, a ste tako navdušene nad zadnjo epizodo kot jaz? :D)

We all love Zooey Deschanel, right? Of course we do. Because she's awesome and because she always remembers to do her nails for the red carpet! (And all of you that watch New Girl - are you as crazy about the last episode as I am?! :D)

Mislim, da neončki zmagajo, vsaj pri meni. Čeprav nimam čisto pravega neon laka! Ampak imam dosti več živahnih barv kot pa pastelnih.

I think neon wins for me. Although I don't own a proper neon polish. But I have many many more vivid polishes than pastels. 

Tole manikuro sem naredila z mojo najljubšo barvo - oranžno. Skušala sem kombinirati "neonski" in pastelni lak, ampak tista oranžna je v živo še bolj živa. 

I made this mani in my favourite colour, orange, and I tried to combine "neon" and pastel. But the "neon" orange is much much more vivid in reality.

The Battle Nail Polish Challenge

Začnimo z novim izzivom! Tale bo zabaven. Sestavljen je iz 20 bitk med laki in same se odločimo, ali želimo uporabiti le eno od barv ali obe. Kar mi je trenutno super, je to, da ni postavljenih datumov, ker bi se jih res težko držala. Ampak se bom potrudila, da na teden naredim vsaj eno bitko.

Let's start with the new challenge, shall we! :D It's a fun one. There are 20 battles between nail polishes and we decide weather to use one or both colours. What really suits me right now is that we don't have the dates set. We just to the challenge when we have time. But I hope I'll be able to do at least one battle a week.

Začnemo z bitkami med barvami in prva je med modro in zeleno. Katero bi ve izbrale? Jaz sem se odločila, da začnem z modro - Barry M Indigo in Essence Crazy Good Times Confetteria na prstancu. Se mi zdi, da je zelo lepo že tako:

So we start with the battles between colours and the first one is between blue and green. Which one would you choose? I decided to start with blue - Barry M Indigo and some Essence Crazy Good Times Confetteria on my ring finger nail. I think that's pretty enough on its own:

In ko sem približno 100. poslušala pesem Red, sem še lakirala nohte, od tu inspiracija. 

And when I was listening to the song Red for about the 100th time I was painting my nails so this is where my inspiration came from.

Za tokratno temo sem si pomagala s Tayinim vodičem. Njena manikura mi je bila takoj zelo všeč, zdela pa se mi je tudi zelo primerna za tokratno temo. 

This time I was inspired by Taya's tutorial. I liked her mani the moment I saw it and it seemed suitable for today's theme.

Taka manikura se mi je vedno zdela kot barvasti mehki oblački in danes je pravi dan, da sem jo poskusila ustvariti tudi sama.
